v2.0.3 fixes sign-out across devices and redesigns the shell for multi-workspace work

Signing out on one device no longer signs you out everywhere. The app shell is redesigned around a flat, Codex-style layout: the workspace rail stays visible even when the sidebar is collapsed, page content lives in its own outlined panel, and every toolbar shares one set of button states.

// Fixes

Signing out no longer signs you out everywhere: Signing out of the desktop app, the mobile app, or the website now ends only that device's session. Your other devices stay signed in.

// Improvements

A cleaner shell for working across many workspaces: The translucent sidebar is gone in favour of a flat, Codex-style layout: the workspace rail, the navigation pane and the page header share one surface, the page content sits in its own outlined panel, and collapsing the sidebar now keeps the workspace rail in view so you can switch projects without reopening it.

One look for every toolbar: Header buttons, view switchers, filters and the date-range picker on every page now share the same resting, hover and active states, and native browser tooltips have been replaced by Aiola's own tooltip throughout the app.
