Aiola v2.0.8: Revenue bars stay put

Revenue bars stay put: The purple revenue bar no longer disappears when you scroll a list or switch tabs, and now shows on every tab, including Referrer, Screen, Language, Region and City.

Renewals are visible: A customer who renewed without visiting shows in Locations, Tech, Pages and Sources as a revenue-only row instead of being left out.

No more "(unattributed)": Extension pings that were counted as page views are now recorded as custom events, and lists no longer show "(unattributed)" rows.

Bots are named: Clients that are not browsers appear in Bot traffic under their real name, such as "Google Play link checker", instead of "Unknown client".

Clearer row details: Hovering any row in Sources, Pages, Locations or Tech shows visitors, views and revenue in one card that is never cut off.
