Schedule the boring work

Aiola puts schedules, tasks and GitHub beside coding agents in one macOS and Windows desktop app. Run recurring jobs locally while your desktop stays awake.

Key facts

Start from a template or write your own saved prompt.
Choose the workspace, provider and schedule for each job.
Automations run locally while the desktop is on and awake.

Save a job you repeat

Use a template or write a prompt for a weekly dependency review. Choose the workspace where it should run. Set the provider and agent for the job.

Choose when the job runs

Set a daily, weekday, weekly or interval schedule. You can also run a job manually. Your desktop must be on and awake for scheduled work.

Read what happened

Run history shows output, errors, duration and linked threads. Read the result before accepting code changes. Edit or pause a job when its instructions need to change.

Follow the workflow

  1. Open Automations in the workspace that owns the job.
  2. Choose a template or write a prompt with a clear result to return.
  3. Pick the provider, agent and Local or Worktree run mode.
  4. Set the schedule and keep the desktop on and awake.
  5. Run the job manually first and inspect its output.
  6. Review later runs in history; a job using hosted data needs Pro or a trial.

What to review at the end

  • A saved prompt you can run again without retyping it.
  • A schedule tied to a workspace and provider.
  • Run output and errors you can inspect before accepting changes.
