Triage support tickets and bug reports with agents
Aiola puts a Feedback queue, App Logs and Tasks beside coding agents in one macOS and Windows desktop app. Triage tickets by status and give one agent the report and its error.
Key facts
Triage the queue in Feedback
Filter, search and sort submissions, then change status one by one or in bulk. Statuses are open, in_progress, human_review, closed and ignored. Central Feedback merges submissions from every workspace with their project labels.
Find the cause in App Logs
Open the matching log group for its stack trace, breadcrumbs and request context. Log groups use the same five statuses as Feedback. Linking a report to a log group is your choice, not an automatic match.
Give one agent the ticket and the error
A task can mention the feedback item, the log group and the files involved. The ticket queue, the error tracker and the agent share one app, so nothing is copied between tabs. Moving the task to In Progress starts its agent in the task's run mode.
Follow the workflow
- Install the generated Feedback snippet; hosted Feedback and App Logs need Pro or a trial.
- Filter the queue to open submissions and set reports you will not act on to ignored.
- Open the App Logs group that matches a bug report.
- Create a task that mentions the submission and that log group.
- Choose Fix It on the submission, or move the task to In Progress.
- Review the diff, then set the submission and the log group to closed.
What to review at the end
- A Feedback queue sorted by status.
- Tasks that carry a submission, a log group and repository files.
- An agent run that uses the task or thread Local or Worktree setting.
