Aiola Calendar

Keep agent work on schedule.

Scheduled tasks and recurring agent jobs are easy to miss when they live in separate lists. Aiola shows task dates and recurring automation occurrences in Calendar. Each workspace keeps its schedule beside threads, tasks, GitHub, logs, and analytics in the desktop app.

How it works

01

Choose a calendar scope

Open Workspace Calendar for one repository. Use Central Calendar to see scheduled work across workspaces.

02

Choose Month, Week, or Day

Switch views to see a broader schedule or timed daily detail. Navigate backward, forward, or back to Today.

03

Open scheduled work

Select a task event to open its task. Select an automation occurrence to open its automation detail.

Schedules and navigation

Scheduled tasks

See tasks with scheduled dates and times. Open the task to inspect its details and adjust its schedule.

Recurring automation occurrences

Active recurring automations generate dated occurrences in the visible range. Manual automations do not generate recurring events.

Active schedules only

Paused and disabled automations do not generate recurring occurrences. Resume paused work from the automation detail page.

Workspace ownership

Central groups tasks and automations by workspace. Task events open in Central Tasks with the selected task.

App-wide timezone

Calendar and automation recurrence use the timezone configured in Central Settings. Workspace schedules follow that same setting.

Focus your calendar

Events panel

Open Events to browse scheduled tasks and automations. Toggle either event type or individual records to focus the calendar.

Central workspace filters

Hide or show whole workspace groups in Central’s Events panel. Combine workspace filters with individual event choices.

Remembered visibility

Calendar saves event visibility choices for each calendar scope. Return to the same focused set of records.

Busy days and overlapping events

Open a busy day from Month to inspect its schedule. Expand overlapping timed events to choose the record you need.

  2. Use Events to show the workspaces and records you want to inspect.
