Delete your Aiola account

Aiola accounts can be deleted from inside the apps at any time. Deletion is permanent.

Delete from the mobile app

Open Aiola on your phone → Settings → Account → Delete account → type DELETE to confirm. The account and its data are removed immediately after confirmation.

Delete from the desktop app

Open Aiola on Mac or PC → Settings → Account → Delete account. (Same flow.)

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the apps, email [email protected] from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your login (email, Google or Apple sign-in identity), profile and onboarding data, workspaces/projects registered with Aiola, analytics sites and their collected analytics/app-log/bot-crawl events, feedback and bug reports with attachments, uploaded sourcemaps, API keys and connected integrations (for example Google Search Console links), licenses, and your Stripe customer record. Connection settings for paired computers live only on your devices and are removed when you uninstall the app.

What is retained

A minimal deletion receipt (account id, timestamps, and counts of what was removed) is kept for 30 days so support can confirm the deletion ran; if a Sign in with Apple revocation could not be completed, the credential needed to finish it is kept in that receipt for the same 30 days. Then it is purged automatically. Invoices and payment records that Stripe must keep for tax and accounting law remain with Stripe under its own retention rules.

Active subscriptions

Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately. No refund is issued for the remaining period.

Aiola supports five agent CLIs: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok CLI (including grok-4.5), and OpenCode.

GUI Lifetime includes the agent orchestrator GUI only; it does not include hosted analytics, app logs, feedback, or other hosted operations pages.

Your code and repos stay on your machine. Agent prompts and file context are sent only to the AI provider you choose — Anthropic (Claude Code), OpenAI (Codex), Cursor, xAI (Grok CLI), or whichever provider you configure in OpenCode — under your own subscription. Aiola never proxies, stores, or resells your code or model traffic. Threads, tasks, notes, and automations are stored locally (SQLite + plain files in your repo). If you use the optional analytics/logs/feedback layer for your shipped products, that telemetry is ingested via Aiola's cloud (Supabase/Tinybird). Offline: agent orchestration UI works offline; running agents requires provider access; GUI Lifetime keeps the local app opening even if Aiola's servers are unreachable.
